Cymbidium Canned Magic 'Kobe'

Cymbidium Canned Magic 'Kobe'

Cymbidium Canned Magic 'Kobe' is a seedling selection from the grex Cymbidium Canned Magic. The grex, registered in 2012 by Western Orchids, is the result of a cross between Cymbidium Tethys and Cymbidium canaliculatum. 'Kobe' is the original plant, not a mericlone, and is distinguished by its richly coloured red-brown flowers, heavily patterned with darker markings and complemented by a bold burgundy lip. This cultivar is well suited to pot culture in warm to intermediate conditions, inheriting robustness and colour from its canaliculatum parentage.
