This grex originates from a cross between Cymbidium Last Tango and Cymbidium Ruby Eyes, registered by Atlantis in 1998 and bred by Geyserland. 'Shiraz' features a deep burgundy flower colour and a strongly cascading spike habit, suited to pot or basket culture only.
