At Online Collectors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and collectibles. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials and certificates of authenticity are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
